i think i should do the same ... but will it be ok if i send in the photocopies of the passports and apply all over again at least i will have my passports with me for all this time and then i can send it when they request it to stamp the residence card in ...

i guess it would work ?

Does anyone know how to transefer Residence Card EU to a new passport ? which application form to use ? how long and how much does it take and cost.??

i dont think they care about the complaints .... as they dont care about the applications either.... i applied on 18th February as well... havent heard anything yet... still under consideration they say nothing else...... have faxed a few times... wrote a letter as well.. contacted Solvit as well th...

I think one is money that one is free and the other one cost a fee.

GUYS !!!! good news on the BIA website... they have updated their website and they are working on applications made in january 2008... at least they are telling that...hope that they are doing that in practical... i have applied in february and hope will receive updates on that soon..
