Its not mandatory.. its req. if ur tax return does not cover the full period ur claiming for, then u can show Bank statements and/or A letter from the employer confirming that u've received the salary for which u r claiming. Check the link for integra form.. it has empty template too.. Thanks a lot ...

Hi, 1. I suggest you to take a prior appointment (see the procedure http://myhsmp.googlepages.com/appointment) I went without appointment, had to wait 3 hrs in queue. 2. Current timelines show that you need atleast 30 working days to get EC. So book the hotel accordingly. I think 2 weeks hotel booki...
