we apply EU1 around 4 months now, they said 6 months will have result! Is real-time? Big news just got immigration letter we got Stamp 4EUFAm Residence Card for 5 years today really happy the result now I can working here now, not so long waiting apply : May approved : September Good luck everyone

http://www.entemp.ie/labour/workpermits/marriedtoeu.htm should answer your questions. Seems though that if you do not have the right to work while in Ireland, as the spouse of an EU national, then you have to make an application outside of the country. This requirement baffles me a lot as they ...

got stamp 3

my news:
got stamp 3 in my local Garda station,They allow me stay 6 months to wait the result, He said if after six month still no result (EU1) come back he will help me to extend.

anyone know can I apply working permit?

News: Daughter study in Rep of Ireland (around one month) me and UK boyfriend ( marriage on May) will fill the EU 1 form but problem is me and my daughter do not have stamped in Rep of Ireland ( only UK stamp ours 6 months till to 17th June 2008) Can I just go to GNIB to get stamp or Local police ...

How long have you been involved with your partner? i come to ireland two times to visit him
Do you have a lot of documentation that shows the history of the relationship? have a letter he post to me not a lot
