Thanks CR001 for your prompt reply. for Q2, OK So i don't need to mention absence which happened during july'18 as this was before the visa extension i.e. Oct'18. that's fine. Thanks for the update. One more query related to SET(O) application for my family. As my family(Spouse + 1x child) 1st arrived here in UK on 29.04.16(Tier 2 dependent visa) and subsequently extended Tier 2 dependent visa on 16.10.18(visa period 16.10.18 to 14.11.21). Didn’t get the point here......is 19.03.21 would be ok to submit ILR application.....as I am taking reference of start date of vignette entry date which is 15.04.16.

Hi,
Their route is PBS dependent Tier 2(My route was Tier 2 General). I got my ILR(Set O) and now planning to apply for my family. Detail about dates in my previous post is related to my family.
