Re: Priority service for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur

1. Correct 2. No need I have additional question regarding jobs: If job lasted for 3 years total, and was performed by 2 individuals, 18 months each, for example: - Person A worked 1.1.2018 until 1.6.2019. - Person B worked 1.6.2019 until 1.1.2021. If I am claiming all 12 months based on person B's...

Re: Employer issuing new COS

Well, guess I will try. Last time they didn't respond for over 3 weeks and responded only after I chased them (obviously they would have responded anyway, but it might have taken longer, there is no way to know). I will try to apply and if it fails not a big problem, fee is payable anyway only when ...

Re: Employer issuing new COS

Thanks for the answer! When I received defined cos, it wasn't assigned to a person. Also, when I was supposed to send supporting documents, for candidate it says "if candidate has been identified". Are you certain that I cannot apply unless person gas been identified? I am happy to share a...

Dear Manci, Thank you so much for your help! Applicant applied for his visa and we are now waiting the decision. Status that I mentioned two posts above actually was updated by them when I assigned cos to his name and that was all. I have a new question. I am looking now for more employees (chefs), ...

Re: Priority service for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur

Hi, some more questions: 1. regarding the jobs and 12 months period, if job lasted for full 3 years, should I write start and end date as actual dates (for example 08.2018 - present) and then provide only those 12 months that I will be claiming for most employees (February 2019 - March 2020)? 2. Sho...

Re: Priority service for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur

It's not about the job description, it's about a vacancy in your business. If you had 4 vacancies for the waiters and hired 4 waiters, then you created four jobs. Now if you replace one employee with another employee, you didn't create a job or a vacancy, but you got a new employee. Thanks, that is...

Re: Priority service for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur

Thanks for the answer!

So, if I apply for visa 2 weeks before my current visa expires and then my current visa expires before I get biometrics as a result of long waiting time, that is ok?

Re: Priority service for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur

Re: Employer issuing new COS

You need to apply for a defined CoS. The process is described in Manual 12, Guide 1: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/988288/12._Defined_CoS_-_PBS830.pdf Thank you! This is great, I checked it out and it says that number can arrive in o...
