do I need to get the test done at only recommended hospital or I can get it done through any reputed hospital?

I am travelling soon to UK... Apart from TB screening do I need to prepare for any thing else? my visa are stamped recently just few days back and I am travelling for a very short period of time - around two weeks, any likely questions at immigration and entry at the UK airport? I was thinking that if someone delays entry into the UK after getting HSMP visa and so either 3+ 2 or 2+3 visa, the five year period will be difficult to achieve and indefinite leave to remain cannot be made unless you complete 4 years and 11 months. so ...
