If I were you I would have rather stayed back in the US than trying to gamble with a uncertain future in UK. What about new rules for Indian applying from US.

Since everyone is on the subject, I am an Indian currently in US temporarily. I do meet earning requirements from US. According to new rules , does this mean that I will still be eligible in old HSMP rules and not Tier 1 system if I apply after Feb 29 but before Mid of year when Tier 1 takes effect ...
