My wife (EEA national) and I got married in Aug 2003. Application for EEA permit was submitted in 2003 but was decided in 2004 for my wife and 2005 for me. We are not sure when to apply for a permanent stay. Is it after 5 years from the time that we were approved by the home office or from the date ...
