Re: Additional Documents requested by UK visa team

May help if you post the actual full message from the failed delivery report. In my experience, the clue is always in the message and could be anything e.g. 'user mailbox full', 'remote server rejects connection', 'user does not exist' etc

Seems this is UKBA now paying a closer attention to folks presumably setting up shell companies and *passing some transactions through* just to qualify for a Tier 1 renewal. (Please note I said 'seems' and 'presumably' so not accusing anyone of anything). For someone running a ltd company legitimate...

It's not really as complex as it seems made out to be and I didn't want to go into much details but would if required. With Nitro reader, once you type a block of text or even a single character (X for checkboxes for example), it becomes a text block that you can drag with the mouse cursor with ease...

Well what's good for the goose may not be for the gander. I had no problems with the electronically filled forms with my application and can't say it made any difference to the case worker. However for me personally, filling 3 dependants forms (for which about 70% of the information were the same), ...

If you need the letter back, why don't you ask UKBA for it. Regardless of suggestions you get here, the only way to know for sure is to ask UKBA.

I've always hit the finish button as quickly as possible and almost immediately. I've seen several suggestions saying to fill in the details first and check from another tab or browser to see that the website is up before clicking finish but this has never worked for me. Whilst not saying it hasn't ...

when you get an appointment on one night and fill in your name and dependants details, if the appointment is gone by the time you click finish, DO NOT CLOSE this browser but leave it OPENED and try with other tabs you have opened. If no luck, wait till the next day as usual. As long as you leave thi...

do the math. £6,000 shared by 4 is £1,500 per sharing applicant. This is payable in addition to the application fee. Are OISC advisers charging up to this to represent an application at a PEO (including a booked appointment)? Most people I know will take a chance with the late night search but then ...

I don't think that there is much that you can do. As you cannot fully substantiate all of your income, you cannot claim the points and therefore do not qualify. Now this may sound harsh, but I am very surprised that you are even in this situation. When you initially applied for your visa, did you n...

A number of possibilities. An IP trail when the registration was done could point to the usual suspect 'agents' who would have been registering multiple appointments from the same 'source'. A password change on the account. These agents presumably takes an applicant login details and once they secur...

I hope you get your money back from these agents. On the other hand, might be a difficult task considering that most of them operate only through a mobile phone and an email address. How did you pay the agent?

Is the company reply you typed in here verbatim? is the role you are applying for a permanent role? What I can deduce from this not-so-clear statement is that the company is a bit sceptical in considering you for the role as they think (albeit wrongly) that since your continued right to live and wor...

Back to your question, there is no requirement to provide income over a 12-month period. You are only allowed to ...
