Hi Monish, EC processing time depends on which country you are applying from. In India now it takes from 15 to 20 working days and more if your applying a fresh Tier 1 application. got ref no after calling them 25152*
approved on 2 Feb 2008
recd original docs 14 Feb 2008 by royal mail
indian national applied from Switzerland.

thanks a lot for your reply,

my query was shall i wait till april 2008 so that i can take benefit of Tier1 scheme, where in i will get EC for 3 years instead of 2 years in case of Flr(hsmp).

which one is beneficial, wait for Tier1 or go ahead with FLR(HSMP)
