Re: ILR Dependent - 5 Year Continuous Residence Calculation

Thanks CR, so what you were suggesting is - I should only mention the absences from July 2019 onwards in the form? And that it will meet the criteria ?

Many Thanks Again

Re: PBS Dependent visa

Thanks, and sorry for the mixup. Let me clarify again. I want to apply for her ILR, as I already have the ILR via the Tier 2 General Route. Hence the guidance question. Re: PBS Dependent visa

Sincere Apologies for tagging this into the wrong topic and folder.

Actually, I am already on a ILR and wanted to know the guidance for ILR for dependent (my wife). Can you guide me a link to that?

Many Thanks,

PBS Dependent visa

Hi,

I am looking to apply for Tier 2 Dependent Visa for my wife, and need to have the updated guidance list. Currently, on the gov.uk site - the guidance seems to be withdrawn.

Can you please guide me to the latest guidance list.

Thanks,
Shahnawaz

Re: Declaration for Consent to Home Office - Set O (ILR)

Hi,

Thanks for those numbers.

I've tried to reach pretty much from past one week, but apparently no one picks up.

Should I keep trying, or is there an alternative to reach them?

Many Thanks again,
Shahnawaz

Re: Declaration for Consent to Home Office - Set O (ILR)

Hi Zimba,

It has been more than 10 working days - and I haven't seen any update from HO regarding my withdrawal of ILR application, neither I see the refund reflected.

Is there a way I can contact them and ask for an update?

Many Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Shahnawaz

Re: Declaration for Consent to Home Office - Set O (ILR)

Hi Zimba,

Form sent and the acknowledgement is given.

So, will the refund come automatically into the account (as they had taken the payment reference number)?

Many Thanks,
Shahnawaz

Re: Declaration for Consent to Home Office - Set O (ILR)

Hi Zimba, Sorry to bother you again. I tried filling the form with that above link and have following questions - 1. This form mentions about return of documents - In my case I haven't even uploaded any documents and not sent any passports. So, is it still OK to proceed with this form? 2. At the end...

Re: Declaration for Consent to Home Office - Set O (ILR)

Zimba, Many Thanks. So, with application already withdrawn - does that mean no refund? Considering, it was not even to a stage of BRP and no documents were uploaded? (only application form was submitted) - If not, Is there a way out I can write to Home Office and explain my case to get the refund at...

Mandatory checklist guideline - Set O

Hello, I am about to submit my application and under the mandatory checklist, a requirement is asked which I am confused on - 1. Evidence of my immigration status in UK.
