Good Character Reference

Hi Moderators, This is a question regarding good character for naturalization. If there are rail fare evasions (2 in this case), and settled out of court, and honestly mentioned on the application, does that affect good character? If yes, what can be done to prove additionally to give good character...

Re: Document Checklist Question - Naturalisation

Thank you both.

So, in UK there is no exit immigration, but ofcourse entry one. Should I scan and take prints of all or will they do it at BRP centre?

Also, for P60 - Does it have to be for all 5 years?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Document Checklist Question - Naturalisation

Hi Moderators,

Quick question on document checklist, It says the following:

'Proof of living in the UK for myself for 5 years if applying in your own right'

So, should I provide address of last 5 years? Or anything else?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Going abroad when application is submitted

Thanks for swift response.

So, I will be present in country when I submit my application.

But Biometrics will happen next year, and I will be out for 10 days before coming back and giving biometrics in UK.

This is acceptable, right?

Thanks once again.

Re: ILR - SET (O) Application for Child - Query.

Hi Zimba, Apologies but one more question please.... I started applying on SET (O) and I see - 2 options. 1. Apply as a child (family visa) 2. So, can I now apply as SET (O)? And when earliest can I apply?

Thanks once again
