Re: Work requirement for ILR application through Global Talent route

Thanks Nikuss for your reply. I was concerned since one of my friend who recently got his ILR through this route told me that there is a question about his current job in the application. He got his GTV through a faster track.

After 3 years, you can apply for ILR. If your spouse apply as dependent, then, apply for 5 years straightaway...

Re: Route 4-Peer Review

It's not normal. You should contact them after 6 weeks, but before that do check your spam folder.

Re: GTV via peer review, Royal Society

Dear Furusato CV, Personal statement and Recommendation could be enough, but you must understand the peer review process is a competitive one, and depending on who is reviewing your application the outcome can slightly vary (although the Royal Society tries to maintain an equal standard). Therefore,...

Re: GTV via peer review, Royal Society

Hi Furusato I have recently been endorsed by the Royal Society and got the GTV. I hope, my answers will be useful! 1. Yes, submit more evidence. For example, postdoctoral job offer letter along with job descriptions, PhD certificate, Substantial Scholarship/Fellowship award letter, etc. Combine simi...

Work requirement for ILR application through Global Talent route

Hi, I have recently got the Global Talent Visa and, hopefully, in 3 years I will be eligible to apply for ILR. I am confused about whether I need to be employed (at the appropriate field) at the moment when I apply for the ILR OR employment at any time during these 3 years is enough? I get confusing...

Re: GTV Endorsement Peer Review RAE

Following up on my last comment, I happily let you know that I have received the endorsement letter just after 3 weeks of stage-1 application submission and got the visa in 48 hours after submitting documents through standard service.
