As per the Indian law

Person who has OCI can able to inherit the agricultural properties but cannot buy.

In your case it should be fine

Got one person signed up in referee section

its getting harder to get the referee to sign in who know our baby professionally i.e, health visitor as our baby is 3 months old

she is on leave for 3 weeks

and cant think anyone who will sign in along with passport number

will rather stick to indian passport and apply uk visa in india when she is coming back to uk

i know, babies can travel out of uk with out uk visa.

Yes i do need,

But thats not a issue. As the company seems to a high profile one in it sector at Italy and its more willing to apply after i sign the contract, just gathering the enough information as much i can before to make a sensible decision.
