Yesterday i received new biometric card .it's different from last one . They look different in colour and thet not have Sim chipwhich is looking like old card . But its nice

Yesterday I got email that they send me biometric card from APAD.plss anyone tell me which courier they use .Royal Mail,TNT,or others.

I also apply for replacement application for biometric card.already 10week after biometric.I email 25/06/2021 to APAD .but no one response me .pls tell me any response from APAD to your email ,how much time(APAD) they take to give answers to your email thanks
