Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Documents checking service is a waste tbh. Note it is your responsibility to upload all documents as per the immigration requirements. UKVCAS staff usually is not happy to scan full passports plus they have little knowledge about immigration matters. They only scan the front and bio pages. You shou...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

ok so i've uploaded most of the documents and got an appointment at an enhanced centre. I understand document scanning and checking is included in the service so I assumed they will scan the remaining documents for us (since i'm paying for a service might as well get them to scan the passports). I'v...

Re: Questions about ILR application after 5 years spouse visa

My advice:

I'm using digital copies of bank statements as advised here. We applied within 28 days prior to BRP expiry as our further leave remain letter said that you can only apply before the end of authorised stay but not more than 28 days and application may be refused if you apply earlier.

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Just finished the application no appointments available only ones that cost £138 at Mark Lane. What a joke and a rip off! Not sure how they can justify this fee for a standard application!

I have no choice need to book appointment by august and don't want to take a risk
