Skilled Worker Visa Cancellation

If my sponsor fails to comply with reporting requirements due to a mistake in reporting my SOC code change on the SMS, and I have an extension application currently pending with the same sponsor, will my application be refused because of this issue? If so, can the same sponsor issue a new Certificat...

Re: Skilled Worker Dependent Application Queries

If their current category is a Skilled worker, then I think you should have answered “YES” to the question “main applicant already has their Skilled Worker permission”. See also Given name . I’m guessing answering “YES” to the family linking code is okay as you have provided a UAN. Do you think it ...

Skilled Worker Dependent Application Queries

Hi, I have a few quick queries: For the question asking if the main applicant already has their Skilled Worker permission, I answered " NO " because I have applied with them for an extension and they have not received a decision yet, although their current permission is a Skilled Worker vi...

Skilled Worker Visa Application - Incorrect Name Fields

Hello, I recently applied for a skilled worker visa. In the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), my given name from my passport was entered in the family name field. Since I do not have a surname in my passport, my full name appears in the given name field. While applying, I was not asked to manually e...

Share code without BRP as Visa issued for 6 months or less

I do not have a BRP as my visa was issued for 6 months or less. An employer has asked for a share code to prove my right to work, but I do not have a BRP to generate one. I am unable to create an account for the eVisa as the ID check app would not recognise my passport issued from India without NFC ...

Re: Sponsor Reporting Duties

What exactly are you concerned about? This is all historical and not likely to have any impact on your visa. It is pretty minor stuff As for hybrid working - there is no set number of days. Thanks, Frontier Mole. I am concerned because I reported to the employer that I am living and working in a di...

Re: CoS assigned with wrong subcategory - help!

Seen a similar situation where wrong category was selected. HO contacted sponsor to pay the ISC as exempt category was wrongly selected at first. Visa was approved around 5 weeks after payment.

Sponsor Reporting Duties

Good evening, Couple of questions that I have, if you could review: 1. Could you please inform me of when this exemption ended? Is rep...

Re: Working more than 20 hours

No. See my previous answer. Apologies for the late reply. I did. I understand what matters is that she didn't work more than what's allowed, but the record says otherwise, and only her manager at the time knows what happened. What if the manager is currently not working for the company - will his w...

Re: Working more than 20 hours

Thanks ektan and sah10406. The only worry is will the Home Office conclude anything from the hours recorded on the system if it all they check the system (don’t know when they’d decide to do so) - will they listen to the explanation why the hours shown on the system is nothing to do with her but her...

The standard processing time is 8 weeks and UKVI is unlikely to have started processing your application before receiving the full payment Thanks manci. So, you mean 8 weeks from the day the top up was made? It is after initial consideration (within 8 weeks) that they identified that the ISC paymen...
