After 4 days of receiving the email from UKVI Abu Dhabi stating that our application has been concluded. We received the refusal letter in a PDF format via email. faster decision priority service

On the Gov.UK website, it states for a settlement application you can get a decision within 5 working days (priority service) from the day you go for your bio appointment. Is that true as many people on this forum have suggested 30 working days. Today my spouse went to VFS Pakistan and she was given...

Re: Financial Requirements and the 28-day rule - Am I ok?

You don't need the P60. Your most recent bank statement cannot be older than 28 days and must match the most recent salary payment/payslip Go into the bank and have one printed. Thanks. Someone now tells me the Statement that I will get from the bank will have a date which is after the application ...

Re: Reapplying for Spouse Visit - Please help!

Hi, my Mrs has her bio date for 6th July. Any comments on the cover letter above? Shall I be adding any other supporting document? FYI - The Visa fee I paid came to £1638.32, not £1523, even with currency exchange rates I would have not thought of such a huge difference. Paid through debit card IHS ...

They give it for 90 days. There is currently no requirement for vaccination to enter the Country. Even if you are double jabbed you will have to quarantine in the hotel if you are coming from Pakistan.

Re: Reapplying for Spouse Visit - Please help!

Paid monthly, been in the job for 17 years.
Point noted on the others which are not needed.
Shall I reduce to 6 months?

Also as it is barely new why do you think this could be a problem.
Thanks
