Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Looks like someone back tracked and deleted their incorrect advice regards FLR FP application time lines 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Due to Covid - the HO has extended the recommended “reasonable” time scale max 6 months for FLR FP application decisions to no time advised time scale. The HO have done so as FLR FP cases a...

Re: Having a baby while on FLR FP

You need to apply for a FLR fp visa for the baby. The baby only gets 3 months free nhs and after that you could be charged 150% nhs cost, so plan accordingly. How does that work? I don’t think I can get a passport for 3 months old to apply for the visa or is it possible to apply without a passport ...

Re: Having a baby while on FLR FP

Depends what the nationality and immigration status of the other parent is?? Simply being born in the UK to parents with limited leave doesn't make a child British. Both parents are Non EEA (Nigerian) Came here on a student visa 12 years ago and both got FLR FP leave to remain parent route with our...

Re: Housing with no recourse to public funds

Thanks for your response but I’ve always thought housing association is different from council house. I sent a copy of my immigration status to the council to refer me to housing association waiting list and it was approved. I don’t know if they approved it based on my child. I’ll tell them to take ...

We’re hoping to apply for British passport for our 8 year old when she’s 10. But as we’re expecting another baby in few months now we ...
