Hi

The email letter you received from the Home Office is sufficient. On your citizenship ceremony day, you need to bring Home Office email letter (on your phone), and your BRP card as a proof of ID. You can also bring along your first country's passport, just to be on the safe side.

It is illegal to use your BRP card as a travel document, once you have attended the citizenship and awarded British Nationality by the Home Office. Hi That's perfectly fine, if you haven't received an acknowledgement. I never received mine either - only an email confirming that payment was received, back in January. Also, if you don't receive a letter by post from the Home Office regarding the outcome of your application, don't be surprised. So...
