here is what i understand :- 1) If you are showing this money in your salary a/c, then this will come in your statement which you will be showing in earning proof for last 12 months. If the answer to point one is NO that means money is deposited in some other saving account. In my opinion to be safe...

Even i am planning to apply in August or sept. Only worry is 2800 pounds. You mentioned "I've got the money from my Dad". Will you be showing as Gift ? or how will show this transaction...

I dont know where its finally approved or Rejected.

But if you applying in India, you dont need to send papers to Home Office, UK. But now you an submit application in local VFS office itself.

2800 * 80 = INR 224000/- approx..to be safe side, Keep INR 240,000/- and hope the ROE same the same for next 3 months.

I think there is nothing illegal with that. These are two different countries and should not impact each other. Yes if your H1 gets rejected, then during EC they may ask you more information or dig up more at that time....well i dont have the example, so can't say much...this is just what i can thin...

Look at the current HSMP Form. They need alternative documents if you are not submitting the tax return.

If you submitting other documents as required and provide the correct reasons, i guess they must be fine. But anyone who has done this before can explain much better than me.
