Dependant Missing days

Hi All,

I am new with ILR rules. Just wanted to make it clear:
Does my dependant also have "missing days limit in country" to qualify for ILR? Or "out of country days limit" doesn't apply to dependant? I am main applicant as Tier1.

Many thanks
Muzzy

Tier 2 to ILR

Hi All,

Is it possible to apply to ILR under Tier 2 (after being in UK for 5 years) or to apply ILR your last visa must be Tier 1?

Thanks
