my lawyer has told me that if you are married to a british citizen there is no way your case can be a legacy case. Does anyone on this forum know this? please get back.
willy l think you should seek for legal advice, u need a good lawyer, they r not gonna take you to Zim. write to your MP as well, thats a very good idea.
Sakura, lm a failed asylum seeker as well and have not yet received a questionaire but however my brother got ILR thru the case resolution, do l have a chance to get status thru him??

lm not a senior, no professional quali abt immigration but just thot l could answer this, go to the home office website, l think a spouse can apply for naturalisation 12mnths after he/she has been granted ILR.
