Re: Visa Category for Dependants after ILR

Hi,

I've got the assessment from ECCTIS.

I'm creating an application for Family Visa - Partner/Spouse, but I couldn't find an option to add my daughter as a co-applicant?

Re: Visa Category for Dependants after ILR

Thanks for your reply. My wife holds a bachelor degree, is her degree certificate enough to prove the level of English language? Or Is ECCTIS letter required?

Kind regards,

Re: Absence more than 180 Days

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm calculating it right. I have a doubt now. Is it rolling 12 month continuous period (or) any 12 months over the years?

Re: Continuity Period - UK Absence while switching sponsors

Awesome, Thanks for your reply Zimba :) So just to confirm, the only place I will have to mention this absence period(between the employment switch) is the Immigration history of my application and NOT in any of the employer absence letter. If you could kindly confirm this, It would be very helpful :)
