congrats,

I think you have done right thing at right time. But actually in my case I wanted to be volunteer myself. I registered and applied for volunteer positions only. 8)

But to my surprise, no luck yet!! My background is from voluntary sector, but I was paid employee in my home country. :)

I checked with home office about HSMP extension. They said at time of extension, to qualify points under previous income, one should earn enough income equal to required UK pound mentioned in band. like its not necessary where it is earned, it should be equvivalent to required UK income!! no matter ...

you are right. but when my work permit is assured, my concern is HSMP extension. My company will proceed my visa (work permit) but what about my extension? will earning and UK experience count while extension?

I searched here and other way. HSMP is not valid to work in jersey. but jersey stay is counted for application of naturalisation. thanks for this information.
I am waiting reply from BHC.
My question is if I enter UK within 3 month of my EC stamping date, and leave UK within one week for more than 90 days, what would be impact? It will create problem in FLR that is understood, but is there any other legal problem?

I have decided to email BHC to inform them, that I have some genuine reason to leave UK after my initial stamping and I assure them that I will come back UK at the earliest.
Hope BHC will guide on this issue. :?

I am not thinking for ILR right now, bother only for FLR (as its not possible to think that much long term in this ever changing situation). I am thinking for only two option, enter now and move or enter later.
