Dear All, I am planning to apply for hsmp. I have collected all my docs, but for age proof i m stuck. My Birth certificate doesnt have my name as in india late name insertion is allowed, but again its time barred. So now local muncipal is not ready to insert my name, also i dont have driver's licens...
