Hi- Yes, you need to apply for FLR(M) after your husband gets ILR. Home Office advise is to convert 'as soon as you can'. Book a PEO appointment 7-14 days after your husband's ILR. The FLR (M) application was successful. Thank you for your help.

The documents case worker asked:

1. English Language- UK Masters Degree
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Bank Statements - 3 months.
4. Council Tax/ tenancy agreement

Thank you. Apart from the givens (ie. mine and her passports and photographs) what are the other documents required? I went through the form and it does not mention any other documents for married partners. Thanks again for your help.
