just to add to what hussainkothari has said i have sent 2 urgent request faxes in the last 2 weeks so it dosent really matter ......i still havent gotten my docs...always still under consideration... i included my email, mobile even my addresses in the fax but yet no contact whatsoever...so it must ...

congrats techno....... i still think it depends on caseworkers not on when u applied....i mean if it took us 10mins to use the BIA website to check our points...how long can it take to confirm all these stuff say each CW has 50 cases.....it will take 10days to finish all the cases well am giving it ...

As much as i am delighted for those who have gotten approvals....i think i speak for all when i say Itz futrating when you have to wait this long...i applied 18th april and still no show but pple have applied later than that and they get their stuff asap.... just pray you get a gr8 case worker when ...

HI was told i did not sign my dependants form.(am sure i did)...also even though i had sent 12months bank statements...i was told to send month 13....i think it was due to the fact that i changed jobs in month 1...so they wanted to see if income was same... problem is i have hols planned for mid jun...

Chaps have been ff the webchat with fear in my heart...
Applied on 18th april.....on 21st, recieved confirmation (the usual 28day dont call us stuff)
on the 19th of may recieved letter i should resend my dependants forms and latest statement of month ending april...
am still waiting till date......

hi Gurus

currently on WP and abt to apply for hsmp (awaiting ielts). My new employer is a Large multinational and wants me to go to nigeria. can i leave my family here as the missus is working here; still pay my taxes tro an accountant and qualify for ILR???
