Update: this problem has been fixed by not using Google Chrome, and switching to Microsoft edge to upload documents there has allowed us to use the website!

Hi, we are meant to go to our appointment tomorrow to give biometrics and the website won't let us scan things in, it says the website is having issues! Our appointment is 11am tomorrow and we don't know what to do!

I have read the home office guidance, indicating that any documents submitted must be original and not copies, so not sure if that letter counts as one. Would appreciate anyone's help! UKVI no longer accept documents by post which means that supporting documents are available digitally for casework...
