Re: TiE Extension

Hello mates. Any suggestions please. In theory, since you have your passport, nothing prevents you from leaving the UK. However the problem is the following: since your visa expired, you will not be able to get back to the UK -- Unless you have someone who can send you the renewed BRP that you coul...

Re: TiE Extension

after 8 weeks have passed , and HO believes they need more time, they will send you a 'complex' case letter/mail saying they need more than 8 weeks. you can contact them after 8 weeks to check on your application

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Criteria Clarification

Just out of curioustiy, when did you receive your T1 visa to enter the UK? Reason for asking is that the T1 program was closed March 28th 2019 and all visas where granted by end of 2019. so the latest extension application will by mid of 2023. the program will end in 2025 for the ILR application. Ju...

This is the main concern at the moment. I cannot stay away from work very long, but do not want to be away from family for long...

Re: Tier 1 Ent. Extension

Just a comment on point 2 that i read in the forum: There is no guarantee that this rule will still be applied by the time you submit. My guess this was only done to help with the previous covid cases, but since now covid restrictions are over, HO may come say December and say that this is rule is n...
