Referee already signed as Analyst, and now Director

Hi all

I am thinking to ask my friend as a referee who is the director of VAT registered company.

The only problem is that he had counter signed already my child's passport application where he has mentioned as "Analyst".

Can I ask him to sign as "Director"?

Thanks

It will help if you provide adequate evidences for at least some (if not all) of your "business related" absences .. so that the same may be disregarded by a caseworker as absences acceptable under the policy guidance. IMHO .... Thanks very much. I had business trips and have strong evide...

Hi Lukapooka

Thanks a lot for clarification.

But in my category, if case worker refuses due to lack of continuous residence

1) Shall they advice to apply for extension if they feel that I can apply for settlement in one year or something else?

I was just trying to find possibilities.

You've asked a general question so can only be given a general answer. It's still valid for the immigration category for which that requirement was originally intended (if there are any people who continue to hold that type of leave and might be considering applying for ILR). Not all categories of ...

Re: ILR success at Solihull PEO (HSMP JR pre Nov 2006)

Akarsh

Hi a different question, if one is covered in HSMP JR, then he does not need to fill the section 3 (which contains D.2) for continuous residence.

Does this mean that HSMP JR people are free from this rule?

OR

That falls as self employed and no paid annual paid holidays?

Hi sushdmehta

I have checked that link but still there are few more queries.

1) If I apply for extension, can I use the form FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) as this is my second extension.

2) Do I still need to demonstrate the Earnings, English Language Requirement, and Maintenance requirement?
