I agree calling the resolution Center and finding a kind person on line could influence the case worker to make a decision but the problem is often times the person on the phone sounds unfriendly,mostly the Females….Thanks for updating about the Mp intervention…the point you raised makes sense about...

Yes I did make a formal complaint addressed to team leader(if email is forwarded to him) and am going to begin calling them once a week maybe the caseworker responsible might react coz I don’t know how many thousands of files at his or her desk….Fingers crossed!
