I would advise you to get your lawyer to write a letter to home office regarding this delay or talk to your mp.

I got an update today
I got my pre settled status today after 5 months of successful appeal.

Congrats

It have more than 5 months but still I've not heard any thing after the appeal decision.

Please advise what should I have to do?

COA means certificate of application.you get the coa once your application for euss is accepted.

My appeal was allowed more than 3 months ago contacted MP twice but no luck so far, emailed ukvi few times and complained as well but no response now i’m thinking to file PAP, any suggestions if i should apply for PAP or wait

They are probably not trained or familiar with this .

I recommend you to contact HO along with the reference of this EUSS amendment document for more details.

It may be taken as a negative news but application for EUSS(pre-settled status) for extended family members other than durable partner would face uphill task as digital form is not accommodating late application for this cohort. If your appeal is allowed in September then it is very likely that HO will send you the letter by the end of January.
