@Vinny The previous two applications I used immigration lawyer were before 2018. But the current application I did my self on Sept 2021. Re: ECS and foreign passport return from HO

@Vinny Sorry for a late response. My previous two applications I did through an immigration lawyer. On both occasions, she requested original passport and biometric card and returned the passport after the decisions with other documents. Hence I was under impression those two ''Mandatory documents &...

Re: ECS and foreign passport return from HO

@Vinny thank for the response. About the foreign passport copy. Are you talking about employer or HO? If you are talking about employers, after the interview was successful. You have to meet the requirement team to see your right to work documents and other stuff. When you inform them that you have ...

The Fee waiver was successfully and I made my extension application online in Sept 2021 followed by submitting documents and fingerpr...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Hi Adebim. 4 months is too long for a fee waiver application. Normally, it takes up to 2 months. I think, Home Office don’t want to take too long to make a decision as your financial situation might change. That said, it is HO, things might have changed. For instance FLR(fp). I read somewhere last y...

Submitted--26/03/21 Biometric--16/04/21 Documents requested--None yet Decision--Still waiting It's been almost 9 months since submission. Still silence. What do you mean “Documents requested - None yet”. Do you mean extra documents if needed or you did not submit any documents after your application?

Re: Fee waiver application turn-around

Most of the posts I have ready, Fee waiver takes up to 2 months. They must have a deadline which it is not known to us. I can’t see the agency takes longer time to decide as your circumstances might change. For instance, the agency decides you will pay half of fee due to the evidence you had submitt...

Re: Limited Leave to Remain Student Finance

@Karimmehta I know people who were given discretionary leave(3 years). After the second extension, they could be able to apply for ILR. But, I’m not sure if it is exist. The 3 year X 2 DLR route was replaced by 2.5 year FLR FP, which is what the user is already on and needs 10 years (4 X 2.5 years)...

Re: Delayed ECS - loss of employment

Hi. I know someone had the same problem with one of NHS employer. She gave her employer the Unique Application Number (UAN) and she was assured that the ECS was done. Yes.

If you’re appealing for yourself without a solicitor or immigration adviser
You have 14 days to appeal from the date the decision was sent.
Thank you for the response.

If I’m using solicitor or Immigration adviser?

Hi All. I hope you are having a good week! In case, if the application for the extension would be refused. Do the HO often give a right to appeal the decision? And, how long do they give to file the appeal at the immigration tribunal? I want to know how long they will give me to prepare a court bund...

As far as I can see, Private Life applicants for limited leave under 276ADE (1) do not require any English test.
Thank you for your reply.

That’s what I have been told.
However, can you check the link below stating the opposite.

Which means no body can check the right to work or immigration status online without share code. We can’t view the share code without BRP. No, this is not correct.
