Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

Is it 4-8 months for first time entry or for spouses who are already in Ireland? My wife is residing in Ireland. Could you please clarify?

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

So I guess it's better to wait for my certificate. I just hope it's only 2 weeks or even a month. Everything is so slow in Ireland. :(

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

I heard for the Irish - spouse application is slow. I know three applicants who have the same problem. I guess because they have eligibility to work in Ireland due to stamp 4 status. So they process the ones where can get more in terms of income. Ex. Stamp 4 (5 yrs applicants), so their spouses can ...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

I received a mail from dept of justice on 24th Feb. The email says the citizenship ceremony is on the 10th of march in RDS Ballsbridge. We have to bring the invitation and current passport/travel doc/IRP card. Along with that, we have to print and bring along the signed declaration of fidelity form....

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

Yes, it is confirmed but i think there is a difference this year. We wont get our naturalisation certification on the day of the ceremony. We have to sign a declaration on the same day and they will post the certificate couple of weeks later.

Re: Citizenship application for stamp 3 status

Thank you for the reply. I checked with them. Apparently I don't have to wait for another two years. I can apply right away after he receives his certificate. Three years of marriage is what they count for the citizenship. Thank you all.

Citizenship application for stamp 3 status

Hi, I am currently on stamp 3 dependent visa but husband recently got his citizenship approved. I have been on stamp 3 for three years now. I was wondering if I can apply for citizenship once he gets his naturalisation certification or do I need to wait another two years. Furthermore, I read online ...

Re: How long can I go abroad on stamp 3?

I suggest you go to their office directly. You could also email them, but i guess that would take time. Hello all, I am a stamp 3 dependent on my parent and I am doing a course which has work placement in the third year. I was thinking of doing the work placement in my home country and it would last...

Re: How long can I go abroad on stamp 3?

Also, if you return your GNIB. Then you will need to start a new application to enter the country, that will take about 6-12 months (minimum 6 months) depending on your parent's visa status. Hello all, I am a stamp 3 dependent on my parent and I am doing a course which has work placement in the thir...
