I think you should wait until your HSMP case has been decided.

Please bear in mind you will have to send a separate fee for any dependant applications that are not sent together with the original HSMP application.

Regarding tracking the application on vacpk website, check reference number from your receipt.
it should be somewhat like ABCD/070308/12312312/1
then date of birth.
