I was refused ILR due to too many absences (all of which were part of my annual leave I will add). Does anyone have any idea of absences required for the new probationary citizenship next year?
I've read the Green Paper which I thought stated Highly Skilled Migrants no longer have to have Indefinite Leave to Remain to get UK citizenship. Can anyone confirm this or know when this part of the new procedures will begin???

I just rang them and they said the new rules have not begun yet. I explained that 29th Feb was listed in the green paper and they just repeated that the new rules had not begun yet.
