I agree with mimmy. The passport is with vfs or maybe with british embassy, ukvi has nothing to do with it. Or maybe they can track where the passport is and reply accordingly UKVI cannot track it, I asked them last week. They said they cannot track passports, they can only provide updates regardin...

I have read on some other places that people are experiencing too much wait, even those who submitted before us havent got their passports back. No, she did not submit her passport, vfs was not keeping passport at that time
