If you have official links for this information, really appreciate if could share that as well. Thanks! Hi, IRP is a common format residence permit and you can...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

Congrats. I'm delighted for you. Do you know if you'll be invited for December ceremonies or not? The letter said I had to pay on or before the 12th December to be considered for invitation to a December ceremony, so I paid on the evening of the 12th, the day I received the letter. I haven't had an...

Re: Spouse Citizenship Query

I don't think applications of spouses are processed any quicker than other applications. Certainly not based upon my experience (23 months after application and still waiting). The only real advantages I can see are that you only have to submit 3 year's of residency evidence, not 5, and that you can...

Also, will they accept notarized copies of my Nans birth certificate and marriage certificate? I wouldn't waste money getting a notarized copy, that's likely to cost more than just ordering another original birth and marriage certificate from the Irish state. https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/b...

Re: Police Clearance Certificate - NI and Scotland/UK

https://www.mygov.scot/police-record points you break towards ACRO for a certificate for visa purposes. PSNI also point you in that direction if you need a PCC. So it looks like the ACRO PCC would cover the whole UK. Whilst the sites explicitly list countries they know accept PCCs... It sounds like ...

The name of the account isn't the relevant part. "Current account" is a type of bank account, distinguished from other types of account such as a "savings account". The "graduate" account you describe is a current account

Re: NI dwelling Irish Citizen with Non EU Spouse applying for citizenship

The new system for proof of residency was introduced earlier this year, and applications typically take 18-24 months to process, so there'll be no one who has completed the process who applied under the new points based residency assessment system. The website says that if an applicant can't achieve...

Re: Bank statements, consecutive 6 months?

It sounds to me like you already have 6 consecutive months. Your years of residency proof don't have to be calendar years. You have October-March statements, so why not apply based upon residency from October 2017-September 2022, for example?

I don't think so, no. It looks like that option is if they fall into a category other than solicitor. They're supposed to have striked out anything that didn't apply. So for example my Notary Public put a line through everything in brackets that wasn't Notary Public. I'd expect your statutory declar...

I don't think they made any exception before for NI applicants, so I doubt they're doing this time around eith...
