I think it is applicable for new work permits. Those who are in the UK under HSMP will be treated as a resident and they don't need any additional work permit or visa. Correct me if i am wrong.

In the VAF2 form as answer to question no 6.3.1(Are you related to the sponsor?), we put the marriage date as 3-Jun-2002 instead of 4-Jun-2002 by mistake.
