Thank you so much for your reply. I was out of the country from 15/02/2021 to 15/08/2021. Can I apply around June 2022. Please let me know. Kind Regards well if you plan to delay applying until June. Id rather wait 2 more months... and so you meet the while final year staying in the UK requirement....

I don't think they will revoke your ILR as the ILR allows you stay out of the UK for maximum 2 years so you're fine!

I'm also having the same situation here but my final year absence is less than 180 days. hopefully someone could share their experience of BC application by discretion... :)

Naturalisation as a British citizen by discretion experience?

Hi there, I wonder if there's any experience from anyone on here that they have / haven't applied for British Citizenship by discretion? I successfully applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain and I got the status in January 2021. I’m hoping to apply for citizenship in January next year after 12 month...
