hi. just wanted to find if my friend can apply for the health in pregnancy grant (£190) she is on a HSMP visa.. because her midwife told her she can apply for it even though she is on this visa!

hmmm from what i understand, i dont think you can apply for any benefits, until you actually get ur ILR..

the inspection report i included in the file had a computerised signature on it so it also looked like a photocopy AND my husbands DOB was incorrect! i didnt notice it until i was in Pakistan and it was too late then! so i sent it with the application and it was still okay :)

With a passport you have to take it to a solicitor get them to copy every single page of it and then sign and stamp each page to state it is a true copy of the original. i dint do this, husband still got his visa!! it all depends on the ECO mood!!! u seem to have sufficient docs so it will be a goo...

A CV is not a requirement, but it shows that when your spouse comes to the UK he/she will not be dependant on public funds.. basically u dont want to give the ECO a chance to complain about anything!!! the more documents you have the better!!

hi i sent u an email hope it helps :) as for national Insurance card i sent a photocopy just be on the safe side! and what do u mean ur wifes card? i dont think they have them in Pak!! u probably mean the NICOP (shanakhthi card/Green card) if you do then yeh that needs to be photocopied and attested...

well if you want to be on the safe side then u can wait, but if you already showing one P60 i dont think u will need the other one.. they just want to know if your paying your taxes. if you need any other docs then let me know..

yeh that should be fine as long as you got one P60, if you are writing a covering letter then you can clarify anything there, its your chance to say anything you want.. ive still got mine, so if you need to write one let me no i will send you a template :)
