I meant after 90 days go back to home country and apply for visa again immediately and then come if granted. Usually for Schengen, I have heard that you cannot apply for short stay visa for next 90 days. There is a cool off period.

Does Ireland have a cooling off period for short stay single entry visas? Say i visit Ireland from Jan-March, can I apply for a short stay visa again (in my home country) in April and visit from May-July. But I guess visa stamps A, B, D are only issued to non-Europeans when they apply for visa from abroad. Europeans dont need it to travel to Ireland. The official calculator on INIS allows entering the above 3 stamps as well.
