I still have 2 years left on my Tier 2 Skilled worker visa, but i am eligible to switch to ILR now if i switch will i get a refund on the remaining IHS fee ?

I was switching from tier 2 skilled worker visa to ILR !!

if the application get refused you can appeal and state the circumstances or reapply will all the necessary documents again!!

Ilr under Set(o) category as i have mentioned no in the application and on document check they said all the documents are correct !! nothing else is needed !!

For new application i am still waiting for BRP to be delivered and i have not received the Brp still and its been more than 10 days !!! reported it and got an email stating respond may take upto 40 days and a next email stating we have passed your enquiry to case worker as the deliver team is unable...

I am trying to extend my skilled worked visa, i was assigned a new COS but the salary mentioned is wrong!! is there a way i can amend this or should i be assigned a new COS!!
