Re: Missing the ceremony attendance deadline

Just received a call from the council and they were able to book me in for the next week. I panicked too early! It seems like there is a bit of a grace period like 2 weeks as the council officer said the deadline is the 16th Sep. Anyone who hasn't booked your ceremony and reaching the 3-month period...

Re: Spousal visa vs. Skilled worker visa

Thank you!

Hopefully quick question.

I currently live in a one-bedroom flat by myself rented from a private landlord. Do we need to provide more than a tenancy agreement?

Re: Spousal visa vs. Skilled worker visa

Please ignore my question around the mandatory document list. Got the idea from the gov website. Wondering if it’s easier to get my husband’s spouse visa approved when I become a British citizen or as an ILR holder.. or does it matter at all? Also does anyone know if a priority service is reinstated...

Leaving the country after the application submission

Hi all, hope you are well.

Can I leave the country after submitting the application - without attending a biometric appointment so I will go on holiday for a month and attend the biometrics in January 2023?

FYI I was in the country in december 5 years ago

Your support will be greatly appreciated!
