Hi,
I am new to this forum. I am staying and working as software engineer in UK on Tier1 visa and planning to applying for canada immigration.
I have heard IT field is removed from the eligiblity list. So can I apply for canada immigration. Please advise me.

I have been staying in UK and lost my tier1 visa and my dependent (husband ) visa in April 2010. we are blessed with baby in May 2010. we have got new passports and are going to apply for transfer visas. Can I apply for my baby visa along with our applications. Please advise me.

Dima,
we need to pay council tax in UK. when we join in any house legally , landlord will our details to council. From that we have to pay tax.
At some places, lanlords only pay the tax.
You just need to see the terms and conditions in the tenancy agreement.

Anyone could clarify my queries please?

I think workpermit dependent visa, is different from Tier1 dependent visa. we get WP visa in 5 working days max. where Tier1 dependent visa takes min of 21 days i think. And as you said manintaince funds is also another thing. Could any senior memebers answer my queries please. Highly appreciate you...
