HSMP and ILR

Dear All, The Home Office has now decided not to appeal the HSMP JR (http://sify.com/news/fullstory.php?id=14651683). Apparently, there will be an AIT test case on ILR for people with HSMP before the 4-to-5 ILR change in April 2006. Does anyone know when this AIT test case will happen? Thanks so muc...
