Smartwave, Reading on your post, you've been backdated as of 22.06.09- meaning your qualifying year started 22.06.2005- that only means that you landed in the UK nearly 5 months after your approval. I called today at your given number but could not contact directly to any officer for appoint. Instead I had been listening recording telling what details are available on website. At the end recorded machine asked to press 1 to get deails about your application or press 2 for any general inquires....

Nope. Was told need to wait till 20/22 .. really? Maybe I was lucky? Why they give me an appointment though I first talked to one lady who booked an appt for me in Croydon. Hi, could you confirm, if you just have qualified for 4 years ILR or had been extended previously like 1+3+3 and got Tier 1 instead of ILR 4 years before? for those who need the transitional arrangement to get the visa extended, you best bet is to get the PR through the HSMP route, instead of the tier system. Once you get into the tier system, you are dead unless you make good salary.
