Follow up

I went to the GNIB today and showed my pay slip and Green Card and was given stamp 4. I was told that I could now change employers.

Now all I need to know is what things will they look at when I come back to renew in a years time.

My Green card ends in May and my employer will not be renewing my 2 year contract. Now I see on the Justice department website that after one has been on a Green Card for two years you can transfer to a stamp 4. I have gotten my employer to make deductions for a pension fund, and made a salary sacrifice from my wages. An address for the application to be sent to.

Thanks for the previous information, how did you get an address outside Ireland for them to post the application to? My emails to the employment permit people say that they they want an address to post the permit to me.

Evidence of departure for a green card

So I would need to also attach some form of evidence that I had left the country to avoid delays?

How long in general does it take and do they do all their communicaiton by mail or email?

Also in relation to post dating would they care about the cheque?
