Hello, I am in preparation for the initial HSMP application, could anyone please kindly clarify for me... for the point I am claiming for my education (Bachelor degree from University of Auckland), do I need to obtain a letter from NARIC confirming it is equivalent to the UK bachelor degree? Their fax is broken :( I've been told to try again in a couple of days.

I can't believe that it is so difficult to get a replacement fax or redirect the fax number to another machine.

Arghh, stayed up late tonight so that I can ring HO, sneakily trying to find out the status of my application by enquiring if they got my fax about courier pick up and my additonal document that I sent about a month ago, when the guy I spoke to told me that have never received my additional document...

HSMP - what date are they up to?

I live in NZ, and can't ring UK everyday to check what date they are currently processing (due to the major time difference of 12 hours). I was wondering if anyone could help a kiwi out and put down the date here if they happen to ring up to check. Last I read, they were up to Feb 19th applications....

Hey, I emailed embassy regarding how long the EC would take with processing an HSMP visa, and they replied with 3 weeks. Not sure of getting a better biometrics appointment, as you are supposed to manage that online during the application. You will have to ring them in order to get an earlier appoin...
